GRAND MANTIS joins the KNIFE HITS family, announces debut LP 'FANGS'

Very stoked to welcome longtime friends and cohorts GRAND MANTIS to the label. Their debut album is something satisfyingly different for KNIFE HITS, a blend of hip-hop, guitars and turntables that defy genre expectations and take you on a journey from front to back.

Subterranean hip hop group Grand Mantis is a collaborative effort by lyricist/Producer Yikes The Zero, vocal baritone Osevere, DJ Skipmode, and guitarist Thaddeus Cole-Pepper.
Dark distorted psychedelic strings, turntable wizardry, and sinister flows woven by two very distinct wordsmiths.
The debut album "Fangs" lies somewhere in between a vivid hypnotic soundscape and a loud rebellious unapologetic warning of things to come.
